HomeMy WebLinkAbout2080 ResolutionAPPR Rubs ello, Ci y Attorney TO FO Ce.-, DeFelice, Mayor RESOLUTION NO.D .CAO A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of certain street rights-of-way within the city. WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain alley and street rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, the City Council may from time to time initiate vacations; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on said petition to be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the north 10' of Alvina Street abutting Lots 1 and 28, Block 5, A. M. Wehe's First Addition and the west 10' of Owen Avenue between the northern right-of-way line of George Street and the northern right-of-way line of Alvina Street and George Street right-of-way from the east right-of-way line of Beech Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Owen Avenue EXCEPT the projection of the north/south alleys in Blocks 4 and 5, A. M. Wehe's First Addition, and the north 10' of Alvina Street abutting Lots 1 and 28, Block 8, A. M. Wehe's First Addition and the east 10' of Owen Avenue between the northern right-of-way line of George Street and /the northern right-of-way line of Alvina Street and George Street right-of-way from the east right-of-way line of Owen Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Douglas Avenue EXCEPT the projection of the north/south alleys in Blocks 7 and 8, A. M. Wehe's First Addition will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., on the 7th day of June, 1993. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 1 1-1 day of Mal , 1993.
