HomeMy WebLinkAbout2049 ResolutionDeFelice, Mayor RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION amending the City of Pasco's six year comprehensive street plan as originally adopted by Resolution No. 2016 on June 15, 1992, and amended on August 24, 1992. WHEREAS, the City recognizes the need and desirability of making certain street improvements including the overlay of Lewis Street from 28th Avenue to 8th Avenue, the overlay of East "A" Street from Elm Avenue to SR-12, the reconstruction of Maitland Avenue from "A" Street to Ainsworth Avenue, and the upgrading of the traffic signal at 10th Avenue and Ainsworth Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Federal Intermodel Surface Transportation Efficiency Act includes a program for which these projects are eligible for funding consideration; and WHEREAS, it is required that these projects be included in the city's officially adopted transportation improvement plan, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the overlay of Lewis Street from 28th Avenue to 8th Avenue, the overlay of East "A" Street from Elm Avenue to SR-12, the reconstruction of Maitland Avenue from "A" Street to Ainsworth Avenue, and the upgrading of the traffic signal at 10th Avenue and Ainsworth Avenue be included in the City of Pasco's six year comprehensive street plan.
