WHEREAS, owners of property, located south of Court Street
and west of the city limits, as indicated in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, have initiated action to annex to the City of Pasco; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has
reviewed the annexation petition and has determined annexation of
the territory would further orderly growth of the city and is in
the best interest of the community; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
A) That the city will accept the proposed territory to
be annexed as described and depicted on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
B) That the territory to be annexed will not require
simultaneous adoption of zoning regulations. Zoning will be
determined through a public hearing process with input from
affected property owners.
C) That the annexation area will not be required to
assume any portion of existing city bonded indebtedness.

EXHIBIT "A"
PROPOSED ANNEXATION AREA
That part of Township 9 North Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way West Court Street
said point being in the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1
Arbee's Addition located in Section 26, Township 9, Range 29
E.W.M.;
Thence easterly along the south R/W line of Court Street to its
intersection with the east R/W line of Road 40;
Thence south along said R/W line a distance of 302 feet, more
or less;
Thence easterly on a line parallel to the north line of Section
26, T. 9 N., R. 29 E., W.M. a distance of 1000 feet;
Thence southerly on a line parallel to the east line of said
section a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the north line
of Sparta's First Addition and a point 295 feet west of the east
line of said section;
Thence east along said north line of Sparta's First Addition
255 feet, more or less, to the westerly R/W line of Road 36;
Thence south along said R/W line to the south line of Lot 6
Matheson's First Addition;
Thence east along the south line projected 10 feet more or less
to the west R/W line of Road 36;
Thence south along the said west R/W line of Rd. 36 to its
intersection with the south R/W line of Henry Street;
Thence east along said south R/W line of Henry Street to its
intersection with the east R/W line of Road 34;
Thence northerly along said east R/W line of Road 34, 10 feet
more or less, to its intersection with the south R/W line of
Henry Street;
Thence continuing east along the said south R/W line of Henry
Street to the northwest corner of Lot 18 of the First Addition to
Riviera Trailer Village;
Thence south along the west line and west line projected of
said Plat of First Addition to Riviera Trailer Village to its
intersection with the center of section line of Section 25, T. 9
N., R. 29 E., W.M.;
Thence east along said center of section line of Section 25 to
its intersection with the northerly projection of the west line
of Lot 20, Thompson's Subdivision;
Thence south along said projected west line of Lot 20 to the
south R/W line of West Sylvester Street;
Thence west along the said south R/W line of West Sylvester
Street to its intersection with the EAST R/W line of Road 37;
Thence north along the east R/W line of Road 37 to its

intersection with the south line projected of lot 18, Block 8,
Riverview Terrace addition;
Thence west along the south line extended to the southeast
corner of said Lot 18;
Thence west along the south lines of lots 18, 17, 16, 15, 14,
13, 12, 11, and 10 to the east R/W line of Road 40;
Thence north along the east R/W line of Road 40 to its
intersection with the north line of Henry Street;
Thence west along the north R/W line of Henry Street to its
intersection with the east line of the southwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 26 to
the northeast corner thereof;
Thence continuing north along the east line of the southwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the
east line of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of said section 26 to its Intersection with
the easterly projection of the south line of of the plat of
Arbee's Addition;
Thence west along the said projection of the south line of
Arbee's Addition to the southeast corner thereof;
Thence continuing west along the south line said Arbee's
Addition to the southwest corner thereof;
Thence north along the west line of said Arbee's Addition to
the northwest corner thereof, said point being the northwest
corner of Lot 4, Block 1 of Arbee's Addition and the Point of
Beginning.

records of Franklin County, Washington, as recorded with the
Franklin County Auditor.
