Vs*.4 RESOLUTION NO. 1941 A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco designating Gordon Towne as the representative of Elected Officials to the South Central Regional Emergency Medical Service and Trauma Systems Planning Council. WHEREAS, the State of Washington has recently passed legislation to improve the delivery of trauma care to its citizens; and WHEREAS, in order to deliver these services, a planning council is needed to guide the efforts of the State and its regions; and WHEREAS, the Mid-Columbia Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems Council has, in an open meeting, identified Gordon Towne as a knowledgeable representative capable of representing the regional needs, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That Gordon Towne be, and hereby is designated as its political representative to the South Central Regional Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems Planning Council.
