WHEREAS, the Benton-Franklin Transit Authority has been authorized to utilize certain locations within the City as bus stops; and WHEREAS, for the benefit and safety of transit passengers, the Transit Authority is seeking permission from the City to construct a bus shelter at the bus stop location near Court Street and 7th Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the Benton-Franklin Transit Authority may in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2415, and after procurement of a City of Pasco building permit, install a bus passenger shelter at the following: 1) Behind the sidewalk on the north side of Court Street approximately 30 feet west of North 7th Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. • ax NEW SHELTER LOCATION.
