RESOLUTION NO. 1903
A RESOLUTION approving changes in bus stop locations, by
amending Resolution No. 1502 and authorizing the installation of
a bus passenger shelter at a certain location within the City of
Pasco.
WHEREAS, city Ordinance No. 2348 requires that the
location of Benton-Franklin Transit Authority bus stops be
approved and designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 1502 designated certain bus stop
locations within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2415 requires bus passenger
shelters to be approved by Council Resolution, and
WHEREAS, for good and sufficient reason the
Benton-Franklin Transit Authority has requested permission to
establish a new bus stop and shelter on North First Avenue and
the Pasco City Council finds the proposal acceptable, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Exhibit A to Resolution No. 1502 is hereby amended to
reflect the changes in bus stop locations as shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto.
2. The Benton-Franklin Transit Authority may in
accordance with Ordinance No. 2415 install a bus passenger
shelter on the east side of North First Avenue approximately 143
feet north of the extended centerline of West Octave Street as
shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
3. This resolution and its attached exhibits shall be
attached to Resolution No. 1502 and be on file in the Office of
the City Clerk.
