RESOLUTION NO. 1893
A RESOLUTION approving changes in bus stop location, by
amending Resolution No. 1502.
WHEREAS, city Ordinance No. 2348 requires that the
location of Benton-Franklin Transit Authority bus stops be
approved and designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 1502 designated certain bus stop
locations within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, for good and sufficient reason the
Benton-Franklin Transit Authority has requested permission to
establish new bus stops on Sylvester Street and Third Avenue
and the Pasco City Council finds the proposal acceptable, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Exhibit A to Resolution No. 1502 is hereby amended to
reflect the changes in bus stop locations as shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto.
2. This Resolution and its attached exhibit shall be
attached to Resolution No. 1502 and be on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
