RESOLUTION NO 1885
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by J N Jacobsen & Son, Inc
to construct a Parks Maintenance Facility at Pasco City
View Cemetery and commencement of a thirty (30) day
lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by J N Jacobsen &
Sons, Inc and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by J N Jacobsen & Son, Inc on the construction of a Parks
Maintenance Facility is hereby accepted
The thirty (30) day statutory hen period shall commence on the retainage held by
the City of Pasco on this project
