A RESOLUTION Approving the Lease of the Pasco Municipal
Golf Course to Joseph E. Dubsky and authorizing the
Mayor to sign the same.
WHEREAS, The City of Pasco has solicited proposals for the
lease of the Pasco Municipal Golf Course, and the City Council
having previously determined to negotiate the terms and
conditions of such a lease with Joseph E. Dubsky on the basis of
said proposals; and
WHEREAS, The terms and conditions of the proposed Lease
Agreement having been negotiated between Joseph E. Dubsky and
City staff, and the City Council having reviewed such terms and
conditions and found them to be satisfactory and in the public
interest, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain Lease Agreement for the lease
of the Pasco Municipal Golf Course to Joseph E. Dubsky, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
specifically set forth, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Pasco.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
