RESOLUTION NO. 1854
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public
hearing to consider vacation of certain
portions of street rights-of way within the
city.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain
public rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on said
petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the south ten
(10') feet of Parkview Blvd. lying adjacent the north line of
Block 1 and Block 2, Nelson Plat and the south ten (10') of
Adelia Street, lying adjacent Lot 14 and Lot 15, Block 15, Wehe's
First Addition to Pasco will be held before the City Council of
the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412
West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on
the 5th day of December 1988. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by
law.
