RESOLUTION NO 1852
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc
to drill a well at McGee School/Park and commencement
of a thirty (30) day lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Nelson Well Drilling,
Inc at McGee School/park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc on the drilling of a well is hereby
accepted
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the retainage held by the
City of Pasco on this project
