RESOLUTION NO. 1850
A RESOLUTION accepting work by Contractor's Equipment
Maintenance, Inc. under contract for Project No. CD 88-300
WHEREAS, the work performed by Contractor's Equipment
Maintenance, Inc. under contract for Project No. Cd 88-300
has been examined by the City Engineer and the City Engineer has
found that all work required by the contract has been acceptably
performed and completed in conformance with the applicable
project specifications , and
WHEREAS, it is the City Engineer's recommendation that the
City of Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the
project as complete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs with the City Engineer's
recommendation and thereby accepts the work performed by
Contractor's Equipment Maintenance, Inc. under contract for
Project No. CD 88-300 as being completed in conformance with the
project specifications and drawings, and
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to notify the Washington State Department of Revenue
of this acceptance, and
Be it further resolved that the final payment of retainage
being withheld pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and
administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the City Engineer and
Director of Finance.
