WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain public right-of-way within the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on said petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the south half of the north/south alley lying within Block 3, Gray's Amended Addition to Pasco will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on the 6th day of September, 1988. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
