RESOLUTION NO. 1833
A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 1530 by the addition
of a bus passenger shelter location on the existing
sidewalk on the east side of N. 5th Ave. immediately
south of Lewis Street.
WHEREAS, The City Council by Ordinance No. 2396, passed on
September 20, 1982, approved the installation, maintenance,
repair, replacement and use of bus passenger shelters at specific
locations within the City set forth in a Resolution approved by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Ben-Franklin Transit desires to construct a bus
passenger shelter at the new transfer station on N. 5th Ave.
south of Lewis Street, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 1530, is hereby amended by the addition of
a bus passenger shelter at a location on the existing sidewalk on
the east side of N. 5th Ave. and south of Lewis Street as
depicted on the attached drawing, which is incorporated by this
reference herein as if specifically set forth.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
6th day of June, 1988.
