RESOLUTION NO 1817
A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco appointing an ad hoc

of the community's desire to improve the levees for the community and
the Corps has developed certain alternative design concepts for consideration
by the community, and
Whereas, the City Council desires to identify a plan of action which
not only represents the long-term desire of the community, but also represents
a plan which can be undertaken and achieved through the cooperative
efforts of public and private interests, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO

support for the concept of modifying the Columbia River levees and/or
