HomeMy WebLinkAbout1810 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1810 A RESOLUTION accepting work by Pappy's Concrete under contract for project no. 87-9-00. WHEREAS, the work performed by Pappy's Concrete, under contract for project no. 87-9-00 has been examined by the City Engineer, and the City Engineer has found that all work required by the contract has been acceptably performed and completed in conformance with the applicable project specifications and drawings, and WHEREAS, it is the City Engineer's recommendation that the City of Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the project as complete, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the City Council concurs with the City Engineer's recommendation and thereby accepts the work performed by Pappy's Concrete under contract for project no. 87-9-00 as being completed in conformance with the project specifications and drawings, and Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington State Department of Revenue and Labor and Industries of this acceptance, and Be it further resolved that the final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction of same and verification thereof by the City Engineer and Director of Finance. • rt PASSED by the City Council of th City of Pasco thisZiSt of DP_c_eng , 1987. Please process these Resolutions by notifying the Washington State Department of Revenue and Labor and Industries of their acceptance (Evelyn left this paperwork with you) and release the retainages in the usual fashion.
