RESOLUTION NO. 1798
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of certain street and alley
rights-of-way within the city.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain
public rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on said
petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the
southerly 10 feet of Shoshone Street between the east
right-of-way line of 10th Avenue and the west right-of-way line
of 8th Avenue; and the northerly 10 feet of Bonneville Street
between the east right-of-way line of 10th Avenue and the west
right-of-way line of 8th Avenue; and the west 10 feet of 8th
Avenue between the northerly line of Bonneville Street and the
south line of Shoshone Street; and the the north-south alley in
Block 13, Pettit's Addition; and the north-south alley in Block
14, Pettit's Addition; and the existing 80 foot easement over
vacated 9th Avenue from the north line of Bonneville Street to
the south line of Shoshone Street, will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
8:00 p.m., on the 2nd day of November, 1987. That the City Clerk
of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as
required by law.
