RESOLUTION NO. 1789
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of certain street and alley
rights-of-way within the city.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain
public rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on said
petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the
north/south alley lying within Block 16, Pasco Improvement
Company's Addition to Pasco and that portion of North 15th
Avenue, between the south line of Marie Street and the north line
of Henry Street, will be held before the City Council of the City
of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412 West Clark
Street, Pasco, Washington , at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on the 24th
day of ka()Litt, 1987. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco
shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
