RESOLUTION NO /767
A RESOLUTION Concerning Property Surplus to City Needs
WHEREAS, there are certain items of personal property surplus to
city needs, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS
1 The following listed items of personal property are declared
surplus property and city staff is directed to advertise for sale by competitive
bid at the minimum sale price set forth below
Sign Cooker
$ 900
3 Three-inch Hersey Water Meters
$1,200 (combined)
Miscellaneous Meter Repair Parts
$ 100 (combined)
2 Staff is authorized to sell to the highest bidders at or above
the minimum price established
3 In the event the minimum bid price is not received on an item
(or group of items) staff is authorized to negotiate a sale at or above
the minimum sale price any time prior to December 31, 1988
