RESOLUTION NO. 178 14
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by McKean Landscaping, Inc.
to furnish and install an irrigation system in Volunteer
Park and commencement of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by McKean Landscaping,
Inc. at Volunteer Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
The contract work by McKean Landscaping, Inc. on furnishing and
installing of an irrigation system at Volunteer Park is hereby
accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
