RESOLUTION NO. 1762
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of a certain portion of
Hillsboro Street right-of-way within the City of
Pasco.
WHEREAS, Chapter 35.79 RCW authorizes the Pasco City
Council to initiate, by resolution, vacation procedures for
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to exercise the
authority referenced herein above, with respect to certain
rights-of-way within the city of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that
portion of Hillsboro Street right-of-way adjacent the south line
of lot 8, Columbia East 1 Addition, will be conducted before the
Pasco City Council on Monday, December 15, 1986, at 8:00 p.m. in
the Council Chambers at Pasco City Hall, 412 West Clark Street,
Pasco, Washington.
