A RESOLUTION of the Pasco City Council establishing rates
for the use of the City Ambulance Service; and rescinding
Resolution No. 1136.
WHEREAS, The City Council last established rates for use
of City Ambulance Service in Resolution No. 1136, passed on
December 19 1977; and
WHEREAS, After the recommendation of staff and due
consideration by the City Council, The Council has determined
that new rates should be established to more accurately reflect
the current costs of services.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The following rates to be effective on 1/1/87 are hereby
established for the use of the City Ambulance Service made
available through the Pasco Fire Department:
1. "Emergency service" base rate for those persons
qualifying for the "service fee adjustment" provided in PMC
3.05.070 ("household tax" payor)....0 dollars.
2. Non-emergency service base rate for those persons
qualifying for the "service fee adjustment" provided in PMC
3.050.070 ("household tax" payor)....$100.
3. Emergency service and non-emergency service base rate
for all persons not qualifying for the "service fee adjustment"
provided in PMC 3.05.070 $225
4. Additional service fees charged for special services
performed on all ambulance runs:
Administration of oxygen $12.00
Burn kit/treatment 52.00
OB kit/treatment 17.00
Mast trouser treatment 28.00
Heart Lung resuscitory
treatment or monitoring 28.00
Administration of IV 6 50
Trauma/extracation supplies .5.00
This Resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolution No. 1136
passed on December 19, 1977.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this-g
