RESOLUTION NC)_ 1757
A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No 1756 and relating to financing
of the Golf Course Clubhouse Project
WHEREAS, Resolution No 1756 authorizes a loan not to exceed
$270,000, said figure being fixed on the basis of the architect's estimate; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid for the project has fixed
the actual cost at $275,000, and
WHEREAS, it is prudent to establish a contingency reserve for
construction projects and, in particular, for remodel proiects such
as the clubhouse project, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Pension Board has authorized the maximum
loan amount fixed by Resolution No 1756 to be increased to $290,000;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The maximum loan amount set forth in Section 1 of
Resolution No 1756 is hereby amended to be $290,000
