A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Walker Young
Construction to construct a restroom at the
Pasco Municipal Golf Course and commencement
of a thirty (30) day lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Walker
Young Construction at the Pasco Municipal Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
The contract work by Walker Young Construction on the construction
of a restroom is hereby accepted
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2nd day of
September, 1986

Re New Restroom Facility at Pasco Municipal Golf Course

This is to advise you that I have inspected the subject project and find it to
be completed per the plans and specifications I would recommend final accep-
tance of the project, and upon receipt of the lien waivers and Washington State
tax returns under Tax Code Location 1104, final payment be made to the Con-
tractor, Walker Young Construction
