RESOLUTION NO. 1741
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Deno's Trenching Backhoe
to install an irrigation system at Sylvester Park and
commencement of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Deno's Trenching
and Backhoe at Sylvester Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Deno's Trenching and Backhoe on the installation
of an irrigation system is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainaing held by the City of Pasco on this project.
