RESOLUTION NO. 1740
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Frontier Fence Inc.
to install a fence at Centennial Park and conunence-
ment of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Frontier
Fence Inc. at Centennial Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Frontier Fence Inc. on the installation of
the fence is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
