RESOLUTION NO. 1735
A RESOLUTION naming the City's delegates to the Board of
the Washington City's Insurance Authority.
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 1715 of the City of Pasco,
passed February 24, 1986, the City Council named Councilman Ed
Hendler as the City's Delegate to the Puget Sound Cities
Insurance Authorities Board and City Attorney Greg A. Rubstello
as its alternate; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined upon
recommendation of Councilman Ed Hendler and City Staff that the
City would be best served by the naming of City Attorney Greg A.
Rubstello as the City's Delegate to the Board and the City
Finance Director Jerry Conner as the City's Alternate Delegate;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. City Attorney Greg A. Rubstello is named the City of
Pasco's Delegate to the Board of the Washington Cities Insurance
Authority and City Finance Director Jerry Conner is named the
City's Alternate Delegate to that Board.
2. This Resolution supercedes anything in conflict
herewith contained in Resolution 1715, passed February 24, 1986.
