A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of certain street and alley
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, Chapter 35.79 RCW authorizes the Pasco City
Council to initiate, by resolution, vacation procedures for
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to exercise the
authority referenced herein above, with respect to certain
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
A public hearing to consider vacation of all or portions
of the street and alley rights-of-way described below will be
conducted before the Pasco City Council on Monday, June 2, 1986,
at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Pasco City Hall, 412 West
Clark Street, Pasco, Washington.
STREETS
Wyoming Avenue: All of Wyoming Avenue between the south
line of James Street and the north line of Superior Street.
Nevada Avenue: All of Nevada Avenue between the south line
of James Street and the north line of Superior Street.
Utah Avenue: All of Utah Avenue between the south line of
James Street and the north line of Superior Street.
Colorado Avenue: All of Colorado Avenue between the south
line of James Street and the north line of Superior
Street.
Montana Avenue: All of Montana Avenue between the Oregon
Avenue/SR 395 south right-of-way line and the north line
of Superior Street.
California Avenue: All of California Avenue between the
Oregon Avenue/SR 395 south right-of-way line and the north
line of Superior Street.
Idaho Avenue: All of Idaho Avenue between the Oregon
Avenue/SR 395 south right-of-way line and the north line
of Superior Street.

Cincinnati Street: All of Cincinnati Street between the
south/southeast right-of-way line of Oregon Avenue/SR 395
and the extended east line of Block 59, Frey's Addition.
Trinidad Street: All of Trinidad Street between the east
line of Oregon Avenue/SR 395 and the east line of Section
20, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M.
Superior Street: All of Superior Street between the east
line of Oregon Avenue and the east line of Section 20,
Township 9, Range 30 East, W.M.
Pueblo Street: All of Pueblo Street between the east
line of Oregon Avenue and the west line of Wyoming Street.
Salt Lake Street: All of Salt Lake Street between the
east line of Oregon Avenue and the east line of Section 20
Township 9, Range 30 East, W.M.
Diluth Street: All of Diluth Street between the east
line of Oregon Avenue and the east line of Section 20,
Township 9, Range 30 East, W.M.
ALLEYS
All of the north/south alleys within Blocks 5, 6, 7, 8,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31,
32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45, 46, 50,
51, 52, 59 and that portion of Block 60 south of Oregon
Avenue; all within Frey's Addition.
