RESOLUTION NO. 1726
WHEREAS, Local Union No. 1433 of the International
Association of Firefighters and the City of Pasco have been
engaged in extensive bargaining sessions; and
WHEREAS, Local Union No. 1433 of the International
Association of Firefighters and the City of Pasco have reached
certain accords with respect to the bargaining sessions; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO;
That the City Manager of the City of Pasco is hereby
authorized to execute a collective bargaining agreement with
Local Union No. 1433 of the International Association of
Firefighters; a copy of said agreement is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A", and by this reference is incorporated herein; and,
further, that the City Council of the City of Pasco approves of
the contents of the agreement.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this
day of April 21, 1986.
