A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of certain portions of street
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco
WHEREAS, Chapter 35 79 RCW authorizes the Pasco City Council
to initiate, by resolution, vacation procedures for rights-of-way within
the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to exercise the authority referenced
herein above, with respect to certain portions of rights-of-way within
the City of Pasco, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
A public hearing to consider vacation of that portion of South First
Avenue between the south line of Columbia Street and the north line
of "A" Street, will be conducted before the Pasco City Council on Monday,
April 21, 1986, at 8 00 p m in the Council Chamber at Pasco City Hall,
412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington
