RESOLUTION NO. 1704
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc.
to drill a well at Memorial Park and commencement of a
thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Nelson Well
Drilling, Inc. at Memorial Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS.
The contract work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc. on the drilling of
a well is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this 6 day of January, 1986.
