RESOLUTION No. 1698
A RESOLUTION adopting a Housing Assistance Plan for the City of
Pasco, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) requires a Housing Assistance Plan (HAP) approved by HUD
and locally adopted to qualify the City of Pasco for Community
Development Block Grant funds; and
WHEREAS A HAP covering the federal fiscal years of 1986,
1987 and 1988 has been prepared by Pasco Community Development
Department and subsequently approved by HUD; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the Housing Assistance Plan dated September 11, 1985,
(attached hereto) and approved by HUD November 12, is hereby
adopted as a guide for the use of Federal housing resources in
Pasco during federal fiscal years 198 987 l'88.
