RESOLUTION NO. 1691
WHEREAS, Local Union No. 11 of the Office and
Professional Employees International Union and the City of Pasco
have been engaged in extensive bargaining sessions; and
WHEREAS, Local Union No. 11 of the Office and
Professional Employees International Union and the City of Pasco
have reached certain accords with respect to the bargaining
sessions; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO;
That the City Manager of the City of Pasco is hereby
authorized to execute a collective bargaining agreement with
Local Union No. 11 of the Office and Professional
Employees International Union; a copy of said agreement is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference is
incorporated herein; and, further, that the City Council of the
City of Pasco approves of the contents of the agreement.
