RESOLUTION No. 1681
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of certain portions of
street rights-of-way within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, Chapter 35.79 RCW authorizes the Pasco City
Council to initiate, by resolution, vacation procedures for
rights-of-way within the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to exercise the
authority referenced herein above, with respect to certain
portions of rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
A public hearing to consider the vacation of the 10-feet
of Alvina Street adjacent the north line of Block 13 and the
south line of Block 14; and the 10-feet of George Street adjacent
the north line of Block 14 and the south line of Block 15, all
within Wehe's First Addition, and reducing both rights-of-way
from 80-feet to 60-feet, will be conducted before the Pasco City
Council on Monday, August 5, 1985, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers at Pasco City Hall, 412, West Clark Street, Pasco,
Washington.
