RESOLUTION NO. 1680
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc.
to drill a well at Kurtzman Park and commencement of a
thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Nelson Well
Drilling, Inc. at Kurtzman Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Nelson Well Drilling, Inc. on the drilling of
a well is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this 17 day of June, 1985.
