RESOLUTION No. 1676
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of certain alley
right-of-way within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 authorizes the City Council, by
resolution, to initiate right-of-way vacation proceedings; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires the resolution fix a time and
place for public hearing on the proposed right-of-way vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the
east/west alley right-of-way, lying adjacent the south line of
Kirchner Hill Second Addition will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of City
Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington at the hour of
8:00 p.m. on the first day of July, 1985. That the City Clerk of
the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as
required by law.
