A Resolution stating the City Council's opposition to
Grant County's proposed siting of a hazardous and/or dangerous

WHEREAS, such seepage or drainage should it occur, could
have such drastic consequences of an irreversable nature to both
life and property downstream from the proposed waste disposal

allowed to exist,
