RESOLUTION NO. 1671
A RESOLUTION fixing time and place for a public hearing to
consider vacation of certain rights-of-way within
the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain
public rights-of-way within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said
petition to be fixed by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the east
half of Melrose Avenue, lying adjacent Block 1, Steffen's
Addition, as well as the portion of the east/west alley within
Block 1, Steffen's Addition, will be held before the City Council
of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 412
West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on
the 20th day of May, 1985. Let the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
