HomeMy WebLinkAbout1667 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1667 A RESOLUTION approving, with conditions, the preliminary plat of Eagle Estates No. 4. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pasco conducted a public hearing on the proposal, on November 28, 1984, and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat, with conditions; and WHEREAS, the Pasco City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposal, on January 21, 1985, and concurred in the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the preliminary plat of Eagle Estates No. 4, hereby is approved with the following conditions: 1) The west boundary line of the plat be relocated to the center line of Road 28 to reflect that the west 30.01 feet of the property is dedicated for Road 28 right-of-way. The legal description should be amended accordingly. 2) A variance be granted authorizing the street serving the plat to be 40 feet wide, with a 92 foot diameter cul de sac. The face of curb to face of curb improved width of the street should be 30 feet with curb and 4-1/2 foot sidewalk adjacent the curb on the south side of the street only, and following the perimeter of the cul de sac. The radius to curb dimension of the improved cul de sac shall be 40 feet. 3 Curbs and gutters, storm drains, fire hydrants, water mains and services, sanitary sewer and customer laterals, two street lights, and three street monuments shall be in accordance with city standards. 4) The arc of the public utility easement within the proposed Lot 9 shall be redrafted to Intersect the north property line at a point 10 feet east of the west property line of Lot 5 in the adjacent Williams Addition. 5) All utilities shall be undergrounded. 6) The east lot line of Lot 6 shall be redrafted to make it parallel with the west lot line of Lot 6. ib,slyn-We is, City Clerk VED AS TO FORM: APP Greg stello, City At orney oe- . bkso Mayor 2 7) The side lot lines of Lot 8 shall be redrafted to make them radial from the cul de sac, provided that an adjustment may be necessary to insure that the building line adjacent the front yards of Lots 7, 8, and 9 provide a 50 foot lot width. 8) The street shall be named Flemming Lane. 9) The curb along the north side of Flemming Lane shall be painted yellow, or the property appropriately signed, to prohibit on-street parking on the north side of Flemming Lane.
