RESOLUTION NO 1662
A RESOLUTION establishing two additional bus stops on Route 60
one on each side of 24th Avenue in the vicinity of Opal Street.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2348 requires that the location
of Benton-Franklin Transit Authority bus stops be approved and
designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the two affected property owners have reauested
the additional stops and agree with their locations, and the
Pasco City Council finds the proposed relocations acceptable,
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1502 so designated certain bus stop
locations as shown on Exhibit A hereto, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Exhibit A to Resolution No. 1502 is hereby amended to
reflect the changes in bus stop locations shown on Exhibit
B to this Resolution.
2. This Resolution and the Exhibits hereto shall be attached
to Resolution No. 1502 on fi the office of the City Clerk.

Dear Mr. Crutchfield
Ben Franklin Transit is requesting permission to install two bus stop
signs as described below. Also, Mr. Jim Ajax has indicated his approval
Mrs. Marie Zimmerman of 2400 W. Opal Street, asked Ben Franklin Transit
to install ,bus stop signs on the east and west margins of N. 24th
Avenue near the intersection of N Opal Street at N 24th Avenue It
is difficult for Mrs. Zimmerman and the gentleman she cares for to walk
to the closest existing bus stop sign.
Signed authorization from Mrs. Zimmerman and Mrs. Bernice Dobbins,
property owners of the respective bus stop sites, are enclosed
