A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Emory-Emory Inc. at
the Me rcier Park to install sidewalks and commencement
of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Emory-Emory Inc.
at Mercier Park and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed In a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Emory-Emory Inc. on the installation of sidewalks
is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the retainage
held by the City of Pasco on this project.
