WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by School Products, Inc. at the East Pasco Neighborhood Facility and WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHENGION, AS FOLLOWS: The contract work by School Products, Inc. on the installation of bleachers is hereby accepted. The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project. Passed this day of November, 1984. APPROVED AS TO FORM.
