RESOLUTION NO. 1655
WHEREAS, the International Union of Operating Engineers
Local Union No. 280 (hereinafter the "Union") and the City of
Pasco and its Public Works Department, and its Parks and
Recreation Department, Park, Golf Course and Cemetery Divisions
(hereinafter the "City") have been engaged in extensive
collective bargaining sessions, and
WHEREAS, the Union and the City have reached an accord
with respect to a collective bargaining agreement; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Manager on behalf of the City of Pasco is
authorized to execute a collective bargaining agreement with the
Union, said agreement to be substantially in the form as the one
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated h ein.
