RESOLUTION HO. 1648
WHEREAS, Local Union Ho. 1433 of the International
Association of Firefighters and the City of Pasco have been
engaged in extensive bargaining sessions; and
WHEREAS, Local Union Ho. 1433 of the International
Association of Firefighters and the City of Pasco have reached
certain accords with respect to the bargaining sessions; HOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO;
That tfi-e- City Manager of the City of Pasco is hereby authorized
to execute a collective bargaining agreement with Local Union Ho.
1433 of the International Association of Firefighters; a copy of
said agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit uA", and by
this reference is incorporated herein; and, further, that the
City Council of the City of Pasco approves of the contents of the
agreement.
