WHEREAS, The City of Pasco and the Pasco Police
Association have a three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement due
to expire on December 31, 1986, and
WHEREAS, This Agreement does provide that the only subject
open for Collective Negotiations for calendar, 1985, is Salaries
and Medical/Dental Insurance for 1985, and
WHEREAS, The Pasco Police Association and the City of
Pasco have been engaged in bargaining sessions for 1985 salaries
and medical/dental insurance, and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That Appendix "A" in the existing agreement
is hereby rescinded and in lieu thereof, the attached Appendix
"A", entitled Appendix "A" to the 1984 - 1986 Collective
Bargaining Agreement Between City of Pasco and Pasco Police
Association, and the amended Section 1 of Article X, entitled
Medical, Dental, Life and False Arrest Insurance, is made a part
of subject agreement.
Section 2. That the City Manager on behalf of th City
of Pasco is authorized to affix the City's approval in the 1985
salary and medical/dental insurance schedules.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4
day of September 1984.
