RESOLUTION NO. 1645
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Romm Construction at
Kurtzman/Richardson Parks to refurbish the swmmming
pools and make certain improvements to the parks.
and commencement of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Ranm
Construction on Kurtzman/Richardson Parks and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Romrn Construction on the refurbishing and
additions to Kurtzman/Richardson Parks is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence an the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this day of September, 1984.
