RESOLUTION NO.16,43
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Midwest Construction at
the East Pasco Neighborhood Facility to replace the
gymnasium floor and commencement of a thirty (30) day
lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Midwest
Construction on the gymnasium floor and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
The contract work by Midwest Construction to replace the floor
is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
