RESOLUTION NO 1635
A RESOLUTION FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF WORK BY TRANSTATE
PAVING COMPANY AT THE PASCO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE TO
PAVE A ROAD AND COMMENCEMENT OF A THIRTY (30) DAY LIEN
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Transtate
Paving Company on the Golf Course Road and,
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON
AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The contract work by Transtate Paving Company on the paving
of a road at the Golf Course
Section 2 The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project
