A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Cope Hausemaving at Wayside
and Kurtzman Park to rave an existing restroom from Wayside
Park and move it to Kurtzman Park and commencement of a thirty
(30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Cope Bbusemaving
on the restroam and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE crry COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Cope Housemaving to move the restroam is hereby
accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the retainage
held by the City of Pasco on this project.
