RESOLUTION NO. 1630
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by McKean Landscaping Inc.
at Kurtzman and Richardson Parks to install underground
automatic irrigation systems and comencement of a thirty
(30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by McKean Landscaping
Inc. at Kurtzman & Richardson Parks and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by McKean Landscaping Inc. an the installation of the
irrigation systems is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the retainage
held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this '27 day of May, 1984.
